The FREEDOM Amphibian is Light Sport certified and completed, fly-away airplanes are available. The Martin3 landplane and Gannet seaplane are in the process of LSA certification. Three models are offered, the Martin3 landplane, Gannet seaplane and the Freedom amphibian. The airplanes were developed by Colyaer, SL of Pontevedra Spain, and have been flying in Europe for the past ten years.

The airplanes are two-place, high wing, pusher configuration constructed of carbon fiber, Nomex®, Kevlar® and epoxy. This makes for an extremely light weight, strong, high performance and low maintenance airframe. The ROTAX 912 ULS, 100 hp water-cooled, 4 cylinder, 4 cycle engine has a 1500 hour TBO. The three-bladed carbon fiber prop is also available with selectable beta and reverse for the 51% kit seaplanes. The wings are easily detachable for trailering or storing. Flaps and trim are electric. The rugged landing gear is suitable for unimproved fields. The seaplanes have operated in one foot seas.
