"See us at the Sebring Light Sport Expo in January 2008" AirVenture '07 was a tremendous success. We put on a demonstration at the Vette Seaplane Base several times a day for the crowds of typical seaplane water maneuvering. The crowds really loved it. We had some great announcers supplying the commentary. Sun-n-Fun 2007 was a tremendous success. We won Best Composite Seaplane award for the 2nd year in a row. We did not enter the Takeoff competition this year, but we did fly several times during the day so everyone could see the Freedom perform. Our trip to Sun-N-Fun in April 2006 was very productive and fun. It was an uneventful 900 mile round trip, as they say "loaded to the gills". I guess that is an appropriate term since it is a seaplane. We cut directly across the Gulf of Mexico. We won two awards, Best Composite Seaplane, and Takeoff. We were averaging 6 to 8 seconds, even with two people. The Gannet and Freedom were featured in the April/May 2006 issue of Water Flying Magazine.
